The ADR Board
The ADR Board aims to promote and provide learning opportunities to experience the various Alternative means of Dispute Resolution. The Committee is committed to conducting several events to provide the student community with the necessary exposure to deal with aspects concerning Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation, Conciliation etc. The Committee also aspires to spread the knowledge and benefits of resorting to ADR mechanisms.

INTERNAL ADR RANKING ROUNDS
The Internal ADR Ranking Rounds conducted at SLCU, aims towards a healthy competition between the student of the law school, where they compete against each other in Mediation Rounds. Based on their performances, the students are allotted ranks, and based on these ranks they can bid for an external competition in different law school. This invokes a broader sense of ADR mechanisms in their minds.

INTRODUCTORY
ADR ROUNDS
The Introductory ADR Rounds conducted at SLCU, is a friendly competition between the first-year students. During this period, the students learn about the ADR mechanisms at first hand and get to use this knowledge in the real world, as the compete against their own batchmates. The students are divided according to their roles, and the third-year students are appointed as their coaches for these rounds.

CHRIST MED-ARB
COMPETITION
The Christ Med-Arb Competition, is the prestigious Three - Day National Event conducted by the ADR Board, SLCU. The competition witnesses promising students from multiple law schools all around the country participating in a competitive yet learning experinence. This competition features an unique concept of Med-Arb, that combines both, Mediation and Arbitration prospects of Dispute Resolution methods.

PRIMER
The ADR Primer is a first-hand learning experience about ADR mechanism for the first year law school students at SLCU. It is a mock demonstration of the Mediation and Client-Counselling processes for the students, where before testing themselves in the Introductory ADR Rounds, they get to learn about the basics of the field. They are also addressed by a guest speaker, who gives them insights about the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

INTERNAL CLIENT - COUNSELLING ROUNDS
The Internal Client-Counselling Rounds conducted at SLCU, aims towards a healthy competition between the student of the law school, where they compete against each other in Client-Counselling Rounds. Based on their performances, the students are allotted ranks, and based on these ranks they can bid for an external competition in different law school. This invokes a broader sense of client-counselling in their minds.

INTERNAL NEGOTIATION CHAMPIONSHIP
The Internal Negotiation Championship is a competition between the students of the first and second year batches where they compete against each other negotiating a dispute. It also allows them to explore the aspects of drafting a Negotiation Plan and learn about the basic methods of the Negotiation aspect of Dispute Resolution. At the final rounds, the team with the best negotiation skills if adjudged as the winners.
